Preparing the job position description
All academic job descriptions should be approved by the DI3 Office prior to posting to better align with a national recruitment strategy. This automated process has been developed in the Office of the Provost, and each chair/unit leader will receive an email from the Provost Faculty Affairs asking to submit the job description through a designated google form. The position description will then be automatically sent to the DI3 Office to the position description within 2 business days and share the recommendations with the chair.
