Travel grants will support travel undertaken from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.

All full- and part-time faculty and staff in the arts, humanities, and social science disciplines are eligible to apply.

Tips to help you build a stronger proposal

Proposals are much more likely to be rejected if they don't include a detailed budget estimate.

That means you need to submit evidence to justify your travel estimates, the same way you do when you submit proposals through the Concur platform. Give us screenshots for hotels, flights and other transportation.

Also, this program does not cover per diem expenses or food. Do not include those expenses in your budget proposal.
