Request a Meeting

To request a meeting with President Goldsmith, please complete the form below by entering all the information requested, including what topic(s) you would like to discuss. 

Meetings can be with individual students or in groups of as many as three. Students who plan to bring additional students to the meeting will need to confirm all names by return email after receiving their confirmation from our office within 24 hours. Additional student names, SBU IDs and topic(s) they would like to discuss will be required. 

To ensure that as many students as possible have the opportunity to meet with President Goldsmith, meetings will be limited to 15 minutes. There will be four 15-minute meetings during each office hour period. Due to limited availability, students may only register for one visit per semester, so your registration does not guarantee a meeting. Students are allowed only one confirmed meeting per academic year.

The week before each office hour, you will receive an email that will either confirm your specific meeting time or inform you that the chosen time slot is not available.

Matters that may be better handled by deans or other university officials (such as grade disputes, funding requests, or individuals seeking redress) will be re-directed as appropriate.

All meetings will take place in the President’s Office.
