At OEA we understand that sexual misconduct prevention, awareness and response, as well as Title IX compliance is a work in progress.   Laws, regulations and needs change.   The University community requires a fair and equitable yet flexible and evolving response.  The timeline below demonstrates how our response has evolved over the last decade.
