MAT and EDL New Student Orientation Dates Scheduled

At Stony Brook, we want your first day on campus to be full of the excitement of the future without the stress of new beginnings, so we provide an interactive webinar orientation for all accepted students before the semester begins. The director of your program will run the session, and he or she will address the following topics:

• an overview of the program
• guiding philosophies and requirements
• advisement on how best to get started
• academic expectations
• enrollment and account information, and more 

The orientation for EDL students is set for Monday, May 1 at 4 pm.  The orientation for MAT students is set for Monday, May 8 at 6 pm.
