Hailee Shehu Reflects on Being a Student Leader as a Graduating Senior

Stony Brook University has many opportunities and resources for students to get involved on campus, ranging from clubs to different internship experiences.



Hailee Shehu, a Spring graduate in Mechanical Engineering, has a variety of undergraduate experiences to share. She has served as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) President for the last two years, was a Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) mentor, been inducted into Pi Tau Sigma and Tau Beta Pi, and is also an intern at North Atlantic Industries NAI. It is safe to say that she has plenty of experience to reflect on!
