Mr. DeCarlo’s vast expertise in the Energy field is leading the firm, utilizing specialized in-house staff, toward exploration opportunities in the Energy sector as part of Colliers Engineering & Design's continued expansion and diversification initiative. This includes the design engineering of Transmission Lines and Substations; System Planning and Wind Farm Integration Studies; Micro-grid Analyses; Regulatory Compliance Analysis & Support; Storm Damage Preparation and Recovery Planning; and the Development of Renewable Energy Design.
