Project Manager

CALSTART

Dan is a project manager at CALSTART's New York office. He manages several regional programs, such as the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program and the innovative workplace Charge To Work electric vehicle program based in New York City. Dan also provides a policy background on clean fuels, electrified transportation strategies, and vehicle technology standards. Prior to joining CALSTART, Dan was a transportation lead at the globally-recognized think tank, the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, and at the Pace Energy and Climate Center.

Dan holds a master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on environmental management from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in history and French from Connecticut College. He also holds an advanced open water SCUBA certification, earned in Honduras and Thailand.
