Stephen Filler
Stephen Filler is Prism's Solar's Director of Corporate Development where his work includes business, investor and corporate development, and legal affairs. Mr. Filler is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in transactions, litigation, intellectual property, technology law and general commercial law. Prior to Prism, he had extensive experience representing corporations, start-ups, renewable energy and sustainable businesses, and non-profits. He previously served as outside general counsel, and worked in business development with a wide variety of businesses. He is the co-Founder of CSRHUB LLC -- a company that provides corporate social responsibility ratings. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Hudson River Sloop Clearwater and was formerly on the Board of the New York Solar Energy Industries Association.
