Refill Prescriptions

Via MobileRX App: If you know your prescription number, you can request refills via the MobileRX app (available for Android or iPhone).

  • Request a Prescription Transfer to Another Pharmacy: You may take your prescription bottle or label to a pharmacy in your area. The pharmacy can then call us and request that the prescription be transferred to them for filling. Note that some state laws may prevent this.

Important: New York State Pharmacy Law allows us to transfer only one refill to another pharmacy unless authorized by the prescribing clinician.

  • Are you out of Refills? Please call your healthcare professional. They may require a follow-up visit or have other questions regarding your care before renewing your prescription.
