• New Incoming Undergraduates

  New incoming freshmen and transfer students in their first term who decide to withdraw after Day 1 of the semester and before the Add/Drop deadline will need to submit the First Semester Student Withdrawal Form.  

  Please see policies outlined within the form pertaining to impacts to your student record.
