Extent, Scope, and Content Note
The Mount Sinai Harbor Conservation League was an environmental action organization founded by Daniel T. Grinnell, of Mount Sinai, New York. The league fought unsuccessfully to raise money to purchase land to prevent development. The collection includes correspondence, financial statements, contracts, legal documents, survey maps, newspaper clippings and other materials related to attempts to preserve a portion of land adjacent to Mount Sinai Harbor.  
The date coverage is 1974 to 1975.
