  During the last ten years, I shifted my scholarly focus from Italian to cultural studies (in particular, travel literature on Tuscany, Machiavellianism in popular culture and literature, and the automobile and society during the early 1900s), and the digital humanities (wikis and wiki apps, programming with AutoHotkey).”
