Favorite Thing About SBU: My favorite thing about SBU would have to be the research opportunities, and faculty that I have met. I have made some very amazing and interesting connections to faculty and other members of the coastal conservation community, and enjoyed a break from main campus by taking advantage of the semester by the sea program (which allows those who want to be involved the opportunity to get out of the classroom and do some fieldwork).

Favorite Thing About SBU: I love the environment that SBU’s staff and students make up. The Civil Engineering program is a smaller, but tight nit, department where everyone is super close to each other, regardless of whether you are a student, TA, or professor.
