Green Waste Energy

James serves in both the cogeneration and waste-to- energy (WTE) fields through his company, EnGeneration, LLC. His involvement in WTE started in 2008 when the price of natural gas skyrocketed. James and an associate started investigating waste as a fuel source for cogeneration.
Joining other individuals, he pursued a relationship with a Swiss company in 2009 who was developing an ultra-high temperature gasification system. A test system was built but failed in testing. In 2013, research led him to Green Waste Energy. Since 2014, James has been working with GWE as a consultant to bring pilot systems to fruition in the U.S and U.K. James holds a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certificate from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He was President of the NJ AEE chapter from 2011 to 2015. James holds a BS degree in engineering from Cornell University from 1971. He then served as a pilot in the US Air Force flying aerial refueling missions across the Pacific.
