Evan DeCotis is an Assistant Conservation Engineer in the Energy Services and Technology Division at the New York Power Authority and is responsible for the management of energy efficiency projects within New York City. Clients include the New York City Housing Authority and the City University of New York. Evan oversees a portfolio of approximately $20 million in energy efficiency projects. Evan received his Bachelor’s Degree and Masters of Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Evan is a member of AEE, ASHRAE, and IIE, and is also an Energy Manager In Training and an Intern Engineer.
