Patrick Foye is a Corporate Partner at Rivkin Radler.

Foye was appointed by Governor Spitzer and served as Chairman of the Empire State Development Corporation, where he advised the Governor on economic development, energy and tax issues and led the Moynihan Station and Jacob Javits Convention Center projects and others.

From 1995-2006, he was Vice Chairman of the Long Island Power Authority, Chairman of the NY Public Asset Fund from 2004-08 and a board member of the Long Island Association. He also served on the boards of public companies and mutual funds with over $40 billion under management.

Foye was a Corporate Partner at Skadden Arps from 1989 to 1998 and led the firm's Brussels, Budapest and Moscow offices. While at Skadden, he represented Occidental Petroleum, Coastal, Mesa Petroleum, Williams Companies, Diamond Shamrock and other energy companies.

As Executive Vice President of AIMCO, a NYSE-listed, S&P 500 component, he led corporate, partnership and real estate acquisitions which helped create the nation's largest apartment company.
