David Mroczka is Senior Vice President, General Manager of the Engineering and Test Division at Dayton T. Brown, Inc. With 20+ years of development and test in a variety of industries, his work is focused on meeting emerging engineering and testing requirements. David is focused on operations and business planning from a customer perspective, delivering new capabilities to improve the state-of-the-art of testing of highly engineered systems for commercial and military markets.
David has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford, an MS in Business Management and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he graduated first in his class.
David started his career at Kaman Corp., then worked at Philips Electronics Corp. and has held management positions with Prismark Partners, Inc., Walbro Corp., UBE Corp., Autronic Plastics Inc. and Ostehealth Company.
David resides in Babylon, NY with his wife, Cathy and their three young children.
