John Cogliandro, (CSI-IIE) is currently a Senior Program Manager at the Raytheon IDS company where he is working in a strategic incubator called Mission Innovation. His specialty is early stage technology development and strategic planning. Over his career he has contributed to various Navy, Air Force, Commercial aerospace, energy , automotive and consumer products programs.
With Raytheon he is the program manager of the Oil from Shale program, the C02 Sequestering Monitoring project, the Energy Infrastructure Security Project and helps lead several emerging market green energy pursuits. He is an internationally recognized speaker and author, having published over 50 articles on technology development, risk management, and strategic planning. His book “Intelligent Innovation, Four Steps to Achieving the Competitive Edge” is being well received and he recently co-authored the “Dual V Innovation Model”. Cogliandro holds numerous certifications, degrees, and chair positions.
